Qigong is a science of the natural laws and the evolution of the living matter. Through long observations on Nature, the ancients have perceived the close inner-relations between man and the natural world. In the process of thousands of years of continuous practice, these experiences have been analyzed.

Qigong is a method for self-regulation of health and for attaining longevity and refinement of the living matter. The daring to be written into books has come after centuries of tests and verifications.

Thanks to the theoretical research and practices of many generations, the qigong knowledge has been constantly enriched, developed and refined to evolve into unbreakable in its logic and contents system.

From this process we can see how strict has been the ancients' attitude toward writing and with what a responsibility and consciousness have they proceeded to the writing of books. They have considered the fact that one must not because of insufficient understanding leave incorrect statements in the books, so that after their publishing, to misguide the society and the mistakes to be passed onto the next generations.

The ancients have wrote their works with an exceptional responsibility towards the future humanity, leaded by the principle: don't talk about what you don't understand, don't write about what is not clear to you. The spirit of this principle always guides and educates me: nothing irresponsible and erroneous should be left to the following generations.

Although the human society has been existing
for several millenniums, the development
of humanity reflects the life of one person
- it repeats the process of several decades of life.
