QIGONG - a Natural Way for Health and Longevity

As a science and practice, the ancient Chinese method of qigong (qi - energy; gong - mastery, ability) has a long history. The application of qigong in our life leads to health and longevity, prevention and treatment of different diseases, mental harmony and invulnerability to stress; brain power and memory enhancement, and holistic spiritual development.

During the centuries, this method has been constantly developed both as a single system and as a base of the traditional Chinese medicine, philosophy, martial arts, and other practical spheres of the human activities.
This ancient method is, at the same time, very simple and natural; it does not require any special tools or conditions, which makes it very general and ubiquitous, easy and convenient for application of people of all ages.

The meaning of practicing qigong generally consists in that it really helps one to gradually free oneself of different diseases or to prevent them by means of activating the natural potential abilities of the body to heal itself; to accumulate and improve the quality of its vital powers and to strengthen the immune system; to enhance the functions of the inner organs of the body and to improve the blood and energy circulation.

Along with the physiological improvement, the method of qigong strengthens the nervous system and the mental balance, and helps one becomeinvulnerable to stress and outside pressure. The brain capacity is increased and the intellectual abilities of the person are developed.

By practicing qigong, one can expand his knowledge of the inner connections between man and Nature, and even more profoundly understand the objective laws of Nature.
